Spreadsheet compiler still available?

Dear Internoids,
Forgive me as I'm sure this question is in this group's FAQ (I've just
dropped in on this newsgroup), but I would like some information on whether
spreadsheet compilers are still available.
I have nothing to do with spreadsheets myself, but my father has
written a fairly largeish model with 123 v2.2. He'd like to be able to produce
a standalone product for sale. I seem to recall years ago there were 123
compilers called the 'Baler' and 'Liberty' (?). Are these still used? I also
suspect that there are no shareware or PD equivalents, but anything would be
of interest!

Thankyou for any help,

Steven Malikoff.
