using microsoft excel for the macintosh, is there any way that i can graph a function? the only thing i have been able to dig up is the ability to graph data, but i need to graph data AND a theoretical function curve to show how well the data fits the curve. is this possible?

The simplest way to do this would be to prepare an extra column, alongside your data, which contains the formula that you wish to plot. Then, instead of making a chart of only your data, you make a chart with two lines - your data, and the formula. Hope this helps.
