The backup software that comes with Win95 preserves long file names,
but not to tapes.  I set my backup device to a HDD.  Backed up 220 megs
in 30 minutes, including a full compare.  The drive space required for
this was 128 megs with the MS backup compression.

Retailers locally are selling 1.2 gig HDDs for about $250.  Arcada's
list price will be $99.  Makes one think...
