Does anybody know if the Quantum Empire 2100s is suitable for AV use?
If not, What is a good 1-2 gig hard drive which is inexpensive?

Meg,

Hold off a bit and stay tuned. We have something in the works that will
suit your needs nicely. Email me privately if you would like the details.

  Meanwhile: I just installed a Quantum Fireball 1080S in a 660av. 1 GB,
fast but clickety noises are louder than most other 3.5" disks installed
internally. Got it via an educational discount deal at $380. Also needed
third-party driver to work it (FWB $49 worked). Jumpers are described
(poorly) at
 http://www.quantum.com/support/jumpers/fbscsiju.html .

Regards, Ron
