Chris Myers sends out a wuarchive report every month. I've taken out the 'file transfer speed, by country' report and sorted it, thought you all would be interested in the results. If you stare at the numbers some conclusions are obvious - Germany is particularly badly connectd, but Switzerland is very well hooked to the US; educational US sites are better linked than commercial (no surprise), and the Milnet is about as well hooked up as the UK.
