I have uploaded to WSMR-SIMTEL20.Army.Mil:

4DPSETDJ.ZIP Printer setup for HP Deskjet series. 4DOS req.

4dpsetdj is a small utility intended to allow HP Deskjet users to
easily select fonts, print envelopes, set margins, turn text scaling
on/off, and reset the printer to a desired default. It makes use of a
number of 4DOS features to enhance the interface, and will not run as
is without 4DOS. As distributed, PSET (the real name) assumes that
the printer is a DJ500 set up with a Prestige Elite cartridge, and
that all switches are in factory position. Modifications are easy,
and are detailed in the DOC file. In fact, PSET should be adaptable
to almost ANY printer that can be controlled through escape codes.
