I have uploaded to SimTel, the Coast to Coast Software Repository (tm),
(available by anonymous ftp from the primary mirror site OAK.Oakland.Edu
and its mirrors):

faxbat20.zip    Fax server for Novell and other LANs

FAXBATCH allows faxes to be sent via a fax server from any workstation on
a Novell network.  It requires a dedicated PC (XT or higher), a fax modem
and FAX software capable of sending files from the command line.

FAXBATCH can work, with reduced functionality, on non-Novell LANs.

FAXBATCH can be set up as a user defined gateway for Pegasus mail.

Version 2.0 features improved security, rebuilding of connections on
downed file servers, retrying of failed attempts to send a fax and a
script for PC magazine's WINCMD utility to provide a Windows interface.

FAXBATCH is free software.
