The _Federal_Register_ is where Federal agencies and such publish formal notices, such as NPRM's (Notice of Proposed Rule Making), and announcements of procurement solicitations (I've always loved that phrase). The official activities on Congress are supposedly recorded in a different publication, the _Congressional_Record_. I say "supposedly" because the idiots^H^H^H^H^H^H members of Congress can and all too frequently do edit or insert material which is completely at odds with what really happened. I can't help you find either publication, but you need to specify which one you're looking for. Joe Morris
