Since the newsgroup comp.archives.msdos began I have observed that announced
software does not appear right away at the mirror sites. In particular
the time from SIMTEL20 toget WUARCHIVE.WUSTL.EDU seems to be several days.

Does anyone know how long I should wait before attempting to FTP an archive
from a mirror site?
