CC1PLUS missing from djgcc222.zip

I downloaded djgcc222.zip from simtel20 last week and from reading
through the docs it appears that C++ should be supported by the
presence of a file called CC1PLUS.EXE. But that file wasn't in
the .zip file. Any thoughts? Did I do something wrong? Or is
the C++ support in another file that I have to download? Or is
the djgcc222.zip file incorrect?

Thanks!

Starting wiht 2.2.2, cc1plus.exe was move to djgpo222.zip which has
all the C++ files in it... If I remember correctly, it was to help
cut down on the size of the djgcc???.zip file ...
