(How is it that after 2 seasons the INL server is only version 1.0?
Basicaly, it's that way because I feel it's finally (possibly (hopefully))
stable enough to make version numbers useful.)

I just dropped another version of the INL server on ftp.cis.ksu.edu. It is
currently in /pub/upload, but it should move to /pub/Games/netrek
eventually. There are two files there:

INL.tar.Z - the server code itself
INL.diff - a patch file to hopefully bring most servers already running to
the same level as this one. If not, well....

Things that have changed:

- Detting radius is now 1800, and circular, following the trend in servers
of late. (This server also has the DD cooling rate of 7)

- New message facility. From the .motd:
-------------------------
These messages, when sent to yourself, have the following actions:

TIME - minutes left in game
TEAM - which team am I on
HOME - switch me to home team
AWAY - switch me to away team
CAPTAIN - set me to the captain of this team

Captain's can use the following messages:
FED/ROM/KLI/ORI - choose team for the team
START - start the 1 minute to Tmode counter
(works at any point in game)
RESTART - stop 1 minute counter, allow for reselection of teams
NEWGALAXY - rebuild galaxy from scratch, allow for reselection
                    of teams
        PAUSE - temporarily stop action
        CONTINUE - continue play

Every action for Captains must be taken by both captains to have effect,
except for team selections.
-------------------------
These should make the INL server much easier to use both in real INL games
and the pickup and clue games.

- Code especific to the robots has been removed from the distribution, and
the makefile changed appropriately. There are no robots in the INL games,
they should not need to be compiled.

- A few cleanups and "minor" bug fixes. No other really noticeable
changes.

Questions, Comments, Problems, etc. to me.

I will be adding the multiple wait queue code just as soon as Eric sends it
to me and I get the time to add it.
