Today I have uploaded to ftp.cica.indiana.edu /pub/pc/win3/uploads
wexit110.zip, decription as follows:

Windows Exit Button Version 1.10
Copyright (c) Kai-Uwe Herbing 1985-1992. All rights reserved.

Windows Exit Button is a tiny program, which draws a bitmap
button on the desktop, which shows an open door. To exit
Windows, click on it with the left mouse button, the door
closes and Windows will exit. To move it, drag it with the
right mouse button to its new position. To see the About...
dialog, where you optionally can configure, if the Windows
Exit Button should be Always on Top, double click on it with
the right mouse button. The position and configuration of the
Windows Exit Button are automatically saved to and retrieved
from its private profile file WINEXIT.INI.
