After much deliberation I have placed a copy of version 0.5 of an Express-G
modeling toolset that I have been working on on a public ftp site.  This tool
is available by anonymous ftp from src.honeywell.com in /pub/ise/ies050.zip.

This file includes a smalltalk V Windows image, associated deliverable DLLs,
and the RAIMA DLL required to operate the database (the tool is based on the
Vista database product from Raima).

This is not a complete tool nor is it well tested.  My purpose in placing the
tool in the public domain is to share my work with others, and hopefully to
elicit some interest in jointly enhancing the toolset.

I am continuing work on this toolset, but at a very low level.  I will place
copies of the source on this node as well for use by those interested.  The
source includes a peristance model for smalltalk that binds to Raima
(mostly transparent  to Smalltalk application programmer), general graph
editing classes, an incremental recursive-descent Express compiler (no longer
current and not complete), and perhaps other items of interest.

NOTICE: The VISTA.DLL is licensed by Raima Corporation and may only be used
with this tool.  No permission is implied or explicity given to use the
VISTA.DLL with any other application.
