The file Maastricht.Treaty.tar.Z in princeton.edu (now also available via anonymous ftp in my own machine hplaa02.cern.ch - 128.141.201.135) contains the text of the latest addition to the Treaty, the complete text seems to be available via anonymous ftp from ox.ac.uk (129.67.1.165), directory /ota/laws/eec.

I didn't manage to access this server, could some of you please try to get there and let me know?
