TCSH, the extended C-Shell, is now available by anonymous FTP
from ftp.spc.edu (192.107.46.27). Here are the contents:

Directory USER7:[ANONYMOUS.POSIX]

TCSH603.README;1 37
TCSH603.TAR_Z;1 1312

Total of 2 files, 1349 blocks.

The .README consists of a reminder to ftp the .tar_z in binary mode,
and a readme file, that details installation, known bugs, etc...

This is the first release that supports OpenVMS, so it is liable to
 have `unusual features'.
