I have uploaded version 3.2 of ITRANS (previous version was 2.1)
to ftp.uu.net, in tmp/itrans21.tar.Z and tmp/itransps.tar.Z

This package provides a pre-processor to transliterate english text
into indian language scripts: currently devanagari, tamil, telugu, and
bengali are supported. It works with TeX (does not work with any WYSIWYG
package --- MS-Windows or Macintosh).

If anyone from the following sites is listening, please let me know
if you can store the latest version at your site (ftp.uu.net is a
temporary site, files are deleted in four days):
	cs.duke.edu
	ftp.stolaf.edu
(These two sites are the primary sites storing the previous ITRANS
version.)

After two weeks, will upload the IBM-PC version (ZIP package) to SIMTEL20.
