The following new LINUX pieces made it to ftp.dfv.rwth-aachen.de:

    289284 Aug 19 16:46 pub/linux/mj-bin/mj-boot-0.97pl1-ger
    289284 Aug 19 16:06 pub/linux/mj-bin/mj-boot-0.97pl1-us

Kernel 0.97pl1 with German (-ger) and US (-us) keyboard.

   1126400 Aug 18 13:31 pub/linux/GCC/222ddb.taz
   1228800 Aug 18 13:29 pub/linux/GCC/222dlib.taz
   1126400 Aug 19 21:31 pub/linux/GCC/222dmisc.taz

RAWRITablE versions of the GCC 2.2.2d archives. When written
directly to floppy disk, uncompress will die on at least two of
the original .tar.Z archives.

If you want to install GCC 2.2.2d from disk instead from .tar.Z
files on your hard disk, get this:

       564 Aug 18 14:43 README.2.x
     10493 Aug 19 16:48 install.2.x

A modified install.2.x, which untar and uncompresses directly
from floppy disk (needs GNU tar).

Enjoy. The LINUX archive will get no maintenance during the next
5 weeks, 'cause I'll be on vacation.
