Archive-name: auto/alt.rhode_island/Referenda-Info-On-Line On November 3, 1992, Rhode Island voters will be asked to vote on eleven (11) statwide referenda questions. In an effort to make information about these referenda questions widely available, a voter information booklet has been mailed to every household in Rhode Island.
