FYI, I completed my dissertation on the hypertext topic in December, 
1991.  It was from the library science view, involving the design of 
access to information within a hypertext system.

In response to several requests from people asking if it was available in 
ASCII or other electronic format, I finally got around to transporting 
it to an MS-DOS HyPlus (MaxThink) version back about March or so.  It was 
case study methodology, a study of the huge MaxThink CD-ROM hypertext on the 
accounting/auditing subject, done under contract for Deloitte & Touche.  
Since it was ABOUT MaxThink, my choice of hyperformat was an obvious one.

I've uploaded it to several FTP sites.  For those who may be interested, 
I've appended availability information.
