Following on from my posting of two weeks ago: the work on my British
dictionary for ISPELL has come to a conclusion.
In response to that earlier posting, a number of messages were received
requesting that the dictionary should be placed into a FTP accessible
position. Thanks to Aidan Williams at the Uni of New South Wales that
request has been fulfilled. What is available is Version 1.0 - further
work will undoubtedly be required, but not in the immediate future.
The files can now be retrieved by anonymous ftp to: ftp.vast.unsw.edu.au
They are in the directory: /pub/misc/ispell-british-dict

All the files are text files. The generation of the hash file that
ISPELL uses is left to you to create.
Use the dictionary - it works for me. I would appreciate feedback and
suggestions on improvements.
Cheers
Ross
