	SRWin - Simple Graphics/Windows Package for SR

INTRODUCTION

  SRWin is a simple supporting tool for the SR (Synchronizing
  Resources) programming language. It combines the graphics/windows
  features of the underlying X Window System, with concurrent
  programming features of SR. Application programs use SRWin send
  requests to the X server; user inputs are dispatched to the
  application program by SRWin; window contents redrawing is handled
  automatically by the package.  Refer to the manpage of srwin(3)
  included in this distribution for details.

  SRWin has been test on Sun4 (SunOS 4.1.1), SGI Iris (IRIX 4.0.1),
  Sequent Symmetry (DYNIX 3.2.0).

BUILDING SRWIN

  You must have SR and X Window System installed first in order to use
  SRWin. Note SRWin only uses Xlib part of the X Window System.

  Unpack the distribution in the directory where you want SRWin to
  reside. Then follow the instructions stated in the README file.

  SRWin is available by anonymous FTP from cs.arizona.edu:

	/sr/srwin.tar.Z
		The SRWin package, including source code, documentation
		(manual pages) and examples.

  The SR programming language V2.0 implementation can be found at the
  same location.
