A week or so ago I announced the availability via FTP of a British
spelling dictionary for ISPELL. That dictionary is an alternative
to the British spelling dictionary that is available from the
standard FTP site containing the ISPELL beta distribution.

Well there was a problem: the files were, in most cases, cut short
in length. That problem has now been corrected.

Those files are separate text files, 28 in number. For those with
Unix-type machines, a compressed TAR version will be available after
November 4. The files can be retrieved by anonymous ftp
to: ftp.vast.unsw.edu.au They are in the directory:
/pub/misc/ispell-british-dict

I am sorry for any trouble and unnecessary expense that may have been
caused. Again, use this offerring if you so desire. Suggestions
for improvements will be considered.

Cheers
Ross
