   The programs in this list were developed by software engineering 
   teams as part of the course "Introduction to Software Engineering" 
   under the supervision of Professor G. Davida.

   They are available from the usual X/ftp places, and currently
   locally at
		vernam.cs.uwm.edu

	A directory browser similar to that found on a Next.

	A combination of xwd and xpr in a nice interactive program.
	It allows you to cut the screen/window, save to a file, or print.
	Also, you can merge/edit picture images.
	A must for people who ever do screen cuts/captures.

	Ftp modified to work under X windows.  Still could use some
	touch-up and bug fixes.

	Network analzer.  Graphical info of ethernet(size, type, load, byts/s).
	Samples packets off ethernet.  Analzes them.  Breaks the packet
	down into IP/TCP/port number.  Gives full details of what all
	bytes in the packet mean.  Allows you to select which packets to
	view.  NOTE!: Only runs under ultrix

	Spreadsheet for X.  Modified version of "sc" that runs under X.  
	Has support for mouse, Lotus files, 5 different graph types.

	A weather program for X.  It takes satellite images from a ftp site
	and saves them them to make a slideshow of the clouds moving
	across the US.  It also gives weather info in different cities.

	A new Xwebster program that supports pictures..  Type in a word
	and it will go the a Next machine and bring up, a dictionary
	entry, a thesasuras entry, or a picture of the word.
