Hello!

Here is the very last mac.archive.umich.edu recent files mailing for this
year and we have a good set of stuff for you to go after: From the classic &
simple (Pong) to the brainy & slick (Oxyd). Over this year, the mailing
list has expanded to 27 countries and about 1,500 actual e-mail addresses (not
including the remote mail exploders or UseNet).

I hope that we continue to be a part of Apple evangelism and that we'll have
support set up & taken care of long after I graduate this Spring. Have fun and
we will talk again after January 1st!

Allows DiskImage files (created by Apple's Disk Copy Utility) to
be mounted like read-only disks (as opposed to copying to new
disks). Just about the only way to install System 7.0.1 onto a
   machine with only 800K drives.

be typographically suitable for use in desktop publishing. Filter
noise characters, Make ellipses, Make em dashes, Make ligatures,
Strip trailing spaces, Fix quotes & apostrophes, remap characters,
more... Version 3.0.3 fixes several bugs.

Really good, really original games are few and far between, but
this one is both. You are a marble and, well, it's hard to
describe what you have to do. Suffice it to say, however, that
{the feel and the animation are both excellent, you can play in
color or in black and white, singly or with another person on a
network. Incorporates elements of problem solving and dexterity.
   Wonderful!

/mac/util/comm/virtuoso1.4.cpt.hqx
  72 12/29/92 BinHex4.0,Compact1.33

A communications program designed specifically for amateur
radio "packet radio" transceivers. Split screens for
receiving and transmitting, spell checking, etc.

/mac/util/compression/aicupdater1.01.hqx
  23 12/29/92 BinHex4.0

Updates applications, Control Panels and Extensions (INITS) that
have been compressed with the AutoDoubler Internal Compressor
to be the same as if they were compressed with version 1.01 of the
AIC. It does not update or patch the AIC itself in any way, though.
