OI'm running remote access bbs under os/2.  It crashes my machine when someone
takes a file directory.  It gives me a black screen with tons of nonsense
number to write down.  It sais to write this number down and tell you
service representative.

Of course, i searched every manual in my os/2 box and no service support
number ANYwhere.  I guess IBM doesn't want to take time/resources to help
customers?  Maybe thats what is killing them, they are too far away from
interacting with customers.

if anyone knows what that error code means please tell me.  I can't have
my bbs crashing everytime someone takes a directory
