For NNTP sites, yes.  But unless there's been a release I haven't heard
about (possible), INN doesn't do batching as well as CNEWS so UUCP-only news
sites will probably want to stick with CNEWS until Rich integrates this into
INN later.  There's a third-party package that simulates CNEWS' batching for
INN but I don't know how well it works or whether or not it negates INN's
throughput advantage over CNEWS.

It should also be mentioned that INN achieves its throughput efficiency at
the expense of being a major memory pig so sites with modest RAM resources
might actually find INN much slower if the kernel has to swap to make room
for all the tables it likes to keep in memory.  I wouldn't run INN with a
full feed unless I had at least 8mb free to dedicate to it.

I only mention this because I *think* I read that this sat feed is delivered
batched, not NNTP.  Is it?
