The Internet and the people that use it are a very large and diverse population.
There are over 20 million people that use the internet. These numbers are 
growing on a daily basis. When you consider that the Internet will run out of
Class C internet addresses within the next year to year and half...

Each net has their diversity. The Internet just has more leaves and longer 
branches.
