Subject: de.h isn't included in ioconf.c
Index: sys/conf/ioconf.c 2.10BSD

Description:
	"de.h" isn't included in ioconf.c, therefore the DE driver
	never gets attached when the kernel starts up.
Repeat-By:
	Try to configure in a DEUNA.
Fix:
	Apply the following patches to sys/conf/ioconf.c and
	sys/sys/init_main.c.
