After having followed the "scared customers" thread, it became apparent to me that the definition of "Client-Server" is open-ended. I propose that the charter be amended to include an effort to decisively define what is meant by "Client-Server" and then to promote that definition among our peers. This should lead to a clearer understanding of the concepts and, thus, "higher-quality" discussions on topics concerned with client-server issues. I have seen several good definitions in this group already. Would somebody like to begin by consolidating them? Thanks, -mike --- Michael H.
