Hi,
Several days ago I asked my provider (World Access Netherlands) to 
start a new newsgroup (alt.nautical.dictionary). I've send them my 
request and motivation several days ago, by e-mail, voice mail and 
fax, but no reply at all. Not even a simple message like: "Sorry pal, 
it could take a while." I'm a newby, so I asked myself: is it really 
that difficult to start a new newsgroup, or am I just dealing with a 
bunch of re-educated civil servants, jacks-in-office, from 9 a.m. 
doing nothing but drinking coffee and waiting desperately for the 5 
p.m. train to go home? 
In other words: did I pick the wrong provider?
