Ada 9X will have a "distributed systems annex" which addresses things
like RPCs and building distributed applications.

Ada 83 is a good language to model such applications.  It's easy to
develop a 'non-distributed' application using tasks.  You can debug
the single program (one of the real pains in developing distributed
systems), and then replace task entry calls with calls to RPCs.
