We have 5 remote sites all running Novell 3.12. We would like to implement an e-mail system that automatically transfers e-mail messages between sites. Any suggestions or leads you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Example - A user composes an e-mail message. The user selects a recipient(s) off a list (The list has the names of everyone at all sites. But the user isn't concerned with the destination site - only that the person they select will get the message). The user then clicks 'send'. The message is automatically delivered to the appropriate site(s) via a dial up connection without user intervention. Wed like the messages delivered directly to their destination site(s), not routed through the Internet. Wed also like to avoid (the expense of) a WAN. I'm interested in only a Novell server and/or dedicated PC solution that uses regular phone lines. I'd prefer, but don't require, that messages be queued and sent at a predetermined interval (every x minutes) rather than being sent immediately. We havent purchased an e-mail package yet so their are no restrictions on the client side. All sites are running Windows 3.xx (we're not running the Windows network, just the client OS). All Novell servers are all 3.12, 25 users or less. I've spent a lot of time on the Web looking for this solution and havent found anything. Am I dreaming that such a solution exists? Direct replies to jeff@employs.com would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Well it's pretty hard not to find any of the following, but I guess you did it: Novell's Groupwise Lotus Notes, or CC:Mail Microsoft Mail All will do what you want, plus a ton of others I would imagine.

Even the lowly firstmail would work with Global MHS, assuming the WAN connections are there.
