Due to a serious configuration error that I did not cause and am unable to
correct, all votes sent to voting@hut.fi are currently being rejected
and bounced back to the sender. The following votes are affected:

comp.cad.solidworks
comp.dcom.sys.bay-networks
comp.infosystems.www.middleware
comp.lang.basic.business
comp.lang.dataflex
misc.business.marketing.on-internet
rec.arts.flamenco
rec.autos.makers.opel
rec.arts.sf.starwars.collecting reorg
rec.games.mahjong
rec.toys.action-figures reorg
soc.culture.mongolian
sci.med.diseases.cysticfibrosis

For time being, please do not submit any ballots to voting@hut.fi.
I expect that this problem will be corrected by Monday, April 28th.
Once the problem has been fixed - you can check this with
"finger voting@hut.fi" or by taking a look at my Web page
http://www.hut.fi/~jpatokal/uvv/, which will contain status reports - please
resubmit the ballot. Simply forwarding the bounce message should suffice.

I apologize for the inconvinience.
