I have posted an updated version of my work on the problem of
fractal image compression.

I have posted the files to lyapunov.ucsd.edu.
They are temporarily in pub/incoming (or pub/uploads .. i can't recall)
but should be in /pub/young-fractal in the file unifs10.zip

Source for compression and decompression is included.
Also, X-windows source for decompression is included.

Executables for compression, decompression, file conversion are (of course)
included.

The ".ifs" files are not compatible with past versions.

Thanks

Wayne Young
