I aminterested in learning about CELP compression. I have a masters
in DSP so my math is solid. I'd like to know about a nice text
which will tell me about popular speach compression algorithms,
and if possible some up-to-date papers on the CELP standard.
( i believe there is one)

   thanks in advance,
