Posted some time ago..(about 4th July).. >The U.S. DoD's Federal-Standard-1016 4800 bps code excited linear prediction >voice coder version 3.2 (CELP 3.2) Fortran and C simulation source codes are now >available for world wide distribution at no charge (on DOS diskettes, but >configured to compile on Sun SPARC stations) from : Has anyone bothered to convert the CELP 3.2 C code to run under DOS. I`ve tried but encounter unreliable results, (some times it will work fine, others it will give "Speech mismatch" errors - using identical input file). It would be very handy to me to be able to run the code on a pc. So I would appreciate a copy that runs on a pc, or suggestions about what I'm doing wrong. Thanks Geoff Lambourne rcogl@topcat.catt.citri.edu.au
