I am an attorney licensed by the State of New York, however I am also a 
member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.  This 
association issues a certification known as "Proctor in Admiralty" to its 
members upon satisfaction of certain requirements.

I would appreciate receiving a copy of the list you have prepared.
