Getting stock quotes from the WWW

I have a database for the stock market. I want to add the current
stock price quote and the stock's 52 week hi price dynamically each
day into my database.

I would prefer to use FilemakerPro...but would consider MSAccess.

How do you recommend that I accomplish this? Will I first need to do
a WebQuery within Excel?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please email to fred9@mediaone.net since I do not have access to this
newsgroup.
