Hy,
yesterday i have posted, that i have trouble with ODBC and MS Access
2.0.
>I use Toolbook with Toolbook Database Connection as a frontend for an
>Access 2.0 DB.
>Therefore i have bought the new ODBC Driver Kit from MS with Access -
>ODBC Driver Version 2.00.231 .
>when i want to read a memo-field with more than 255 chars, i get an
>empty string and no error. with less than 255 chars it works well.
Today i have got answers from different people with the same problem.
We all cannot read or write memo-fields with more than 255 chars.
MS says that there driver is ok and asymetrix says that the ms driver
has a bug.
so what ?
Maybe someone can drop me aline, where to get an ODBC-driver from a
third party company ( e.g. Q+E) and the experiences made with.
thanks for your help,
stefan
