Hi One of our end-users have sent in a ms-access DB, which is corrupted in som way. This is the facts: I've got a table whith a "BLOBfield" of type "LONGBINARY" in the database-script. In MS_Access 7.0 table design the datatype for the Field shows "OLE-Object". When I browse the records some of the record shows the text "Long Binary Data" in the field, and they are OK. But some of them shows "Ole-Object", and when I step into one of these fields with the cursor I get the following MS-Access ErrorDialog: "Data has changed Operation Stopped" When I try to select the records with SQL from a Delphiprogram or Database Explorer, I get no results, although the program does'nt die or catch exceptions. I'm a little confused about of the varying datatypetext, and would like to know what could be the reason why the DB is fucked up. Could you send a copy of your answer to lecerv@lec.dk, thanks. Erik Denmark
