Hi,

My ms-access database is built for a production-related environment. It has
12 reports, each of them is set up to using 1 of a total of 4 available
printers. The printers are 3 Avery-label printers (parallel port, not USB)
and 1 HP-laserjet (parallel port, not USB). Every 30 sec. I need to print 4
reports using these printers. I am looking for a solution to connect 4
printers to 1 stand-alone PC, without having to switch. Reliability is
important, I plan to have a backup computer plus other hardware. Is it i.e.
possible to install 4 LPT-ports in Windows 95/98/NT4 (they tell me not) ? A
computer network is available so I could use a printer-server but I can't
afford to go down if the network goes down. Any suggestion would be welcome
to hvenema@worldonline.nl.
