This is not properly a function. it's a property that enables you to show
the successives sum of a control insted of the value itself. It works only
inside a report.
For exemple :
* RunningSum = False * RunningSum = True
Control value * Value shown * Value shown
1 * 1 * 1
2 * 2 * 3
3 * 3 * 6
0 * 0 * 6
10 * 10 * 16
20 * 20 * 36
