The input mask does not need to be created on the form design 
property sheet. You can do it in code as part of an event 
procedure for the control that defines it. Assume that you are 
getting some information that defines the input mask in txtONE, and 
you want to set the input mask in txtTWO.

In the LostFocus event of txtOne, set the property txtTWO.Inputmask 
to the correct construction.
