How can I creat a form that will allow the user to delete a specified
record from a specified field in a table?

I want to have a form that allows you to enter the "Order Number" and
then 'click' a button that deletes that order from the "Orders" table.
All records in the "Orders" table have "OrderID".

If the order number entered into the box doesn't match a number in the
OrderID field of the Orders table then nothing happens.
