Hello:
Thanks for taking your time to look at this message:
I am getting a key violation when appending or modifying a record to a
MS Access database using the BDE and a ODBC connection to a Access.

The table has a primary key. I am usign Visual Databse Tools and BC5.02

The data in one or more of the fields you are trying to add conflicts
with field properties (data type, indexing specifications, etc.)

It is hard to tell without details of all the fields in the database
and samples of the offending record changes...
