Need help with dates in Cross-Tab queries

Hi,
I'm using a Cross-Tab querie for a sort of a calandar for several people
(each one have a row, the columns are dates).
The question is: how can I create  a querie for a range of dates (like:
from 1/2/99 to 1/3/99), and get all the dates in the range, without
having each and every one of them in a table?
A second question: How can I make the Cross-Tab querie display dates
that have nothing in them for any of the people?
