Hi all,

Does anyone know how to export more than 30000 records from access95
to excel95. as the default row size of every worksheet is 16384.? Also, does
anyone
know how to restrict number of records that are affected by SQL in any
version of Access

Many Thanks,

Desmond Leung

You would have to use a series of queries to reduce the recordset to less
than 16384 records.

You restrict the numer of rows by using a where condition.

You can also restrict the number of records by using the "Top" keyword in
the SQL statement.
