Hi all, Does any know how to insert newline character into text box and label control in MS Access 95 or 97? I have used chr(10) + char(13), but it did not work! Desmond Leung

That's backwards. Try:
Chr$(13) & Chr$(10)
or (if you are working in VBA):
vbCrLf

If you insert Text in a Textbox , write a part of Text, hold down the
caps or Strg-Key and press Enter-Key
