Hello!
I would like to know if there is something like "triggers" in Access. I have
got a database accessed by a Visual C++ program through ODBC.
The database has tables and relations, nothin else (it has not forms) and I
do not know how to make some necessaries comprobations ( input masks and
validation rules are not enough) nor where to make them.
Another question. Is it possible to know what type of data structure
B-trees, hash tables,...) use Access indexes? And change that type of
indexes? How?
Greetings and thank you very much.

Hola!
Me explico.

Hola! Aramdo:

No Access doesn't support "triggers" as you might think of them at the table
level. You can set table validation rules, but generally only one per
table. Re: indexes, the Jet engines index optimization routines are
propriatary, and no you can't change them.
