Web Developer - Irving, TX
Base salary up to $65,000 per year
plus 8% bonus, paid quarterly
plus MCSD training & certification gets 10% raise and cash bonus
plus 401 k after one year of employment, plus excellent benefits

Qualifications:
Four year college degree or equivalent work experience.  2 years+
working with Microsoft and NT, IIS, administering a web site, HTML
programming, CGI, VB and Java script and/or Active X programming experience,
SQL Server and browser tech. experience.

Preferred: Master of Business Administration. 2 years+ working with
Microsoft, IIS, Webmaster/developer duties, C, C++, COM, DCOM,
middleware, experience.  MCSE or MCSE or MCP. SQL Server, MTS.

Responsibilities:
Work with SQL Server, MTS, ActiveX, COM, DCOM, IIS, VB,
- Maintaining content and updating all internet information.
- Coordinate programming/interface efforts and updates with DBA.
- Track impact of current and future internet site on customers and their
end clients.
- Analyze cost benefit and devise project budgets.
- Analyze Internet offerings benefiting competitors and adapt for similar
benefits.
- Organize external web content, develop and implement new functionality and
features through available and emerging technology.
- Assist in feasibility studies.
- May have some supervisory responsibility.
- Delegate projects to IT team members.
- Survey this companies internal department to ensure needs are defined and
implemented.
- Gather reqs. and design system architectures
